In our previous entry, we highlighted the challenges being faced by employers and foreign 👷‍♂️ alike. 

Here is a quick recap:
📌 Workers without working permits are unable to open a bank account;
📌 Monthly cash withdrawals to disburse salaries.

As such, from an operational point of view, it can hectic, arduous and unnecessary.

Two additional yet compulsory hurdles that must be addressed moving forward: 

📍 e-invoicing and
📍 EPF contribution.

Importantly, the latter will be taking effect on this coming October. As the ⏰️ is ticking, employers would be scrambling to address both issues in a more sustainable way. 

The question is no longer 'if' a shift is needed but when how quickly can your business adapt?
