His experience in managing large-scale projects and his vast network within the engineering and construction sectors have enabled him to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.

W. H. MokFounder & Independent Director
W. H. Mok serves as an Independent Director at CAPS Wealth Management, bringing a distinguished career that spans research, education, and the financial services sector. A former research scientist and published author in Australia, he applies an analytical, evidence-based approach to financial strategies, operational planning, and risk assessments.
Certified as a teacher in Australia, he transitioned into the education sector as a Cambridge IGCSE Biology teacher before advancing to leadership roles as Head of Examination Departments. These positions refined his strategic leadership, organisational management, and problem-solving acumen.
In the financial industry, he holds a General Insurance License and maintains professional affiliations with Great Eastern General Insurance and Etiqa General Takaful Berhad. His expertise in client engagement, business development, and value-added advisory solutions positions him as a driving force behind CAPS strategic direction and long-term growth.

With an impressive 19-year track record in the property industry, Paul Lee bring a wealth of expertise and a proven ability to drive sales success in competitive markets. His extensive experience has been honed under the esteemed banner of Gamuda Land, a leading property development company renowned for its innovative and sustainable projects. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and strategic sales execution, enabling him to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to organizational growth.
As the newly appointed Executive Director, he is poised to leverage on his comprehensive knowledge of the property sector to lead high-performing teams, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
